In the "Precision" category, in which both the equipment equipped with Blunik measuring devices and those using the Original measuring instruments of the vehicle were running, the Hugon-Secretant (BMW) equipment marked the first scratch of the rally and in the second section the Armadans-Vives (Porsche) women managed to be the best, with Surret-Teil (Porsche) being the most successful in the third section. This variety at the top of the classification led to Hugon-Secretant (BMW) taking advantage of a minimum difference of 3.1 points to Armadans-Vives (Porsche) after Saturday's first leg. The second turn started with the French duo taking some points to the girls, but the women's team reacted by winning and placing leader in the penultimate section and finishing off their performance with a magnificent scratch in the sixth and last of the night, so they reached the Final stage as leaders showing an excellent level, 4.9 points on Hugon-Secretant and almost 13 points on Vigué-Casas (Renault).
As soon as the second stage started, the leaders until that moment retreated two places in the general result of a bad result in Fontaneda, with a very delicate road because of the humidity, where they won Labouyrie-Lutran (Citroën). In Ordino Álvarez-Fontrodona (VW) prevailed but nothing varied in general and in the last turn José Manuel López-Ramon Ferres (Volkswagen) achieved a formidable first place just ahead of Armadans-Vives, a second position for them with the that also managed to ascend to this same position in the provisional rally. The last section was won by Carola-Riere (Peugeot), but Armadans-Vives managed to proclaim themselves winners after a rally end of high uncertainty. Jean-Paul Hugon-Jacques Secretant (BMW) finished second and Josep Maria Álvarez-Rubén Fontrodona (Volkswagen), third parties.
