As for cars, the variety makes the list excellent, with some really historical machines such as Lancia Stratos (Jordi Pons), Renault 5 Turbo (Gabriel Reyes), Audi Quattro (Raúl Tomás), Lancia Delta Integrale (Sam Juvanteny), VW Golf Rallye (Víctor Abillà), in addition to a large number of Porsche, BMW, Opel, etc. One more year, ANDORRA WINTER RALLY will have the presence of the Historic Seat team, with the aforementioned Mía Bardolet (Seat 1400 B) and journalists Enrique Trillo (Seat 1430/1600) and Jesús Bonilla (Seat 127).
A leading team will officiate 0 car: Ferran Font-Oriol Julià (Ford Escort Mk II). Trophies are planned for the first three classified scratch (pilot-co-pilot) and also for the first three classified of each class. All teams that finish the rally will receive the 'Finisher Trophy'.
The novelty of this edition is that all participating cars will use the "Regularity Experience" system (both regularity and timing means), an innovation brought by Blunik to the world of regularity, a system that debuted in the past Ral·li d ' Andorra Històric. Blunik will equip all the teams with the Blunik RX device and since the start of the rally the teams will be able to follow the regularity very easily, only attending to the indications offered by the device, thus maintaining a specific average throughout the whole section with the help of a blue led, indicator that the equipment maintains the right rhythm. In this way, all teams will compete in the same conditions.
The ANDORRA WINTER RALLY is held on a closed road with snow secured in the two-way section used, the CS-240 of the Coll d'Ordino (1,980 meters above sea level), offering its full range of difficulties in the 56 km of regularity to be played in the last six. As in its last edition, ANDORRA WINTER RALLY will have the collaboration of the Comú de Ordino and Canillo and the sponsorship of Andorra Sotheby's International Realty, a company affiliated with the prestigious brand Sotheby's International Realty® and dedicated to the sale of properties in the Country of the Pyrenees.
