On Saturday, October 26, the grand finale of the Porsche Classic Series by RallyClassics 2019 will be celebrated. And it will be held no less than in a Grand Prix stage: the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. The leading regularity circuit championship for classic 2 and 4-wheelers will proclaim their 2019 champions, whose ranking comes very open and with the three categories - Classics, Modern Motorcycles and Porsche -, to be decided.
In what will be the culmination of an exciting and intense season is expected, as is usual in this final appointment, a long list of enrollees who can enjoy a great experience in a pleasant and familiar atmosphere. Among them will be present luxury guests as is the case of chef Nandu Jubany, who will be behind the wheel of a Porsche 944 of Team Porsche Barcelona.
The regularity series on the RallyClassics track reaches the final event with everything to be decided and with great equality. In the car section, the podium before the end of the season is made up of the winner of last year, Jaume Campreciós (Porsche 968), Genís Alonso (Porsche 993 Carrera 4) and Juan Antonio Alabart (VW Golf GTI). The leader has 52.5 points ahead of Alonso and 53.5 points over Alabart. Of the 5 events played to date (ParcMotor, Calafat, Alcarràs, Navarra and Jarama), Campreciós has won two victories, Alabart one and the other two have won Mercè Martí and Jordi García, respectively.
